Hamstring Flexibility

Developing our hamstring flexibility is an important component of the front leg of the front splits. We uncover strategies I've used with many students to unlock range in their hamstrings while at the same time, building strength.

Hip Extension

This refers to the back leg of our front splits. There's more to it than just stretching the hip flexors. We've also got to make sure our glutes are strong and active in getting us into the position.
